G6PD (Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) Deficiency

A person with G6PD can take any supplements. I would recommend the person to take a high dose of anti-oxidants since G6PD condition is prone to oxidative stress.

Instructions to take: after breakfast/after lunch/after dinner/before sleep

  • Lecithin E: 4/4/4/4 (the more the better)

  • Multi-carotene: 3/3/3/3 until palm turn orange.

  • Bio-C: 4/4/4/4
