Lancet formally retracts 1998 paper linking vaccine and autism

So now Lancet formally retracts this report, how do you feel about it? As for me, I'm still worried about its after effect not because of autism or whatsoever.

Here's the problem, when a baby receive a vaccination, he or she will have fever and they can't tell you. The only way to know is to observe, constantly checking their temperature and see whether they are showing sign of tiredness or they are still active.

For some cases, babies will have high fever and you won't know until don't know when. And by then, their brain or hearing maybe affected. Although we can give our babies crushed bio-C and put in their drink or, give them cherry drink, I still feel that this is not the solution.

Most importantly, it is best to give them vaccination when they can start expressing themselves. Anyway, this is my personal view. Do take it with a pinch of salt.

Eczema

Eczema is actually not a skin problem. It is actually a sign telling us either we are under too much stress or, the body is having inflammation issue. It is that simple. Not matter what cream you apply, what skin doctors you visit, at the end of the day, that particular cream you use will have a limited effect. So, the best solution is solve the root of the problem.

If you are always under tremendous stress, then it is time to de-stress yourself. Learn to take things easily, breath deeply and have a positive mind will help you to reduce the problem of eczema.

And of course, you must also try to find out whether you have any allergy issues and etc... Sometimes, certain allergens will give rise to eczema too. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables will also help to improve the problem too.

  2. Take salmon omega fish oil 1 capsule either 2 or 3 times a day.
  3. Lecithin E: 16 to 32 tablets per day. You can divide it yourself since Vitamin E is an oil-soluble vitamin.
  4. Take 1 capsule of COQ10.
  5. Take 3 capsules of multi-carotene 3 times a day until your skin turn orange and stop.
  6. Take 2 tablets of Milk Thistle to strengthen your Liver
Food to avoid:
  1. Dairy products
  2. Chemical or perfumed soaps, bath oil and etc...
  3. If you are sensitive gluten, avoid it
Food to focus:
  1. Fresh fruits and vegetables
  2. Add full-grained rice to your diet
  3. Drinks lot of water but not to the extent you need to urinate every now and then.
Lastly, you can still lead a normal life as long as you are willing to make some positive changes to your current lifestyle.
