What to bring when you travel frequently

I travel a lot. In fact, at least twice in a month for 2 days 1 night each. Not long, but it is quite stressful for the body.

I will usually bring both Omega fish oil and daily with me, which I think it is easiest to bring. I will take both daily and fish oil one each three times a day. Helps to reduce stress and keep me going.

It will be even better if I take B-complex and Bio-C with me as well. Just that my vitamin box is not big enough. Perhaps, I just making excuses. Hahaha...
