What to bring when you travel?

So, if you are going to travel? What Nutrilite to bring then?

If you only want to bring one thing, then, I will recommend you to bring Double X. Take it 3 times a day. However, if you have a large luggage bag and you can bring more, here's my recommendation. Why these stuffs? Well, they are currently in my luggage now.

1) Double X
2) B-Complex
3) Bio-C
4) Lecithin E
5) Salmon Omega Fish Oil
6) Fruit & Vegetable Fibre
7) Calcium & Magnesium (forgot to bring this time)
8) Daily

How to take them?

Double X: 1/-/1/-
Daily: -/1/-/-
Bio-C: 4/4/4/4
B-complex: 3/3/3/-
Calcium Magnesium: 1/1/1/- (take together with B-complex to improve digestion)
Lecithin E: 4/4/4/4 (if you eat a lot of rubbish on that day, take more before sleep)
Salmon Fish Oil: 1/-/-/-
Fruit and Vegetable Fibre: -/4/4/- (take it before your meal to ensure good bowel while travelling)

How's that sound? Unless we won't fall sick while travelling.

    I just started to take nutrilite supplement.

    I started with double x ( once a day-bfast ) daily ( once a day - lunch )& milk thistle (morning & evening) and protein powder.

    Is that enuff for me? I saw yr blog that a person shud consume so many types and they are very costly.

    Pls advise.

    Just take at least a multi-vit. And of course, the more the merrier. We can never get enough from our food.

    They are either over-cooked, highly processed and etc...
