Lunch: Had Lunch at the SUN Japanese resturant at Wheellock place. I had this beef soup thingy. One hour later, I had the following supplements:
- Omega 3 x 2
- Daily x 1
Before sleep:
- Lecithin E x 16
- Milk Thistle x 4
- Bio-C x 4
- Multi-carotene x 3
- Calcium x 1
- 75.1kg (I think too much of the fried fish meat)
- Fat %: 16.1% (Isn't that amazing? Never been so low in fat%)
- Water: 61.2%

ReplyDeleteIs there any program on "To Gain weight" lol? My sister wants to gain more weight before her marriage. lol. In fact I was laughing. I told her, take all the HP vitamin and do all the things that asked not to do. lol.. especially, in eating lol ha ha ha...

ReplyDeleteI actually don't have any recommendation to gain weight. The only way to gain weight is to increase calories intake and reduce burn rate.
However, is this a healthier way to gain weight?
Also, sometimes unable to gain weight can be a health issue. I suggest your sister to do a thorough checkup before embarking on a weight gain program.

Why take so many Lecithin (16 at each times), and won't get stomach problem????
