Health Pointe 2.0 - Day 4

Keto stick: 0.15 Ketosis. Body burning fat already.

Before Breakfast: 4 Fibres
Breakfast: Salmon steamed with miso.

Before Lunch: 4 Fibres
Lunch: Fried fish soup with a small cup of tea with condensed milk

Dinner: There was a celebration and thus, I wasn't able to follow the health pointe 2.0 system. However, it was good too because I can test how the system will do to my body.

Weight before sleep: 74.7kg.

I'm not taking any supplements because stomach is too full.
