Health Pointe 2.0 - Day 2

Today is a challenging day. Had very bad running nose started in the early morning. Sneeze and sneeze.

Readings:

Weight: 73.5kg. Yesterday was 75kg.
Fat %: 22.0%. 2% increased in fat percentage.

Breakfast:

  • Breakfast: 105g of red salmon (couldn't get the recommended food from the menu)
