Health Pointe 2.0 - Day 6

Weight: 73.2kg (yesterday was 73.5kg)
Fat%: 22.1%
Water: 56.8%
Keto stick: 0.15 Ketosis. Body burning fat already.

Before Breakfast: 4 Fibres and 15 mins later, 2 carbo block.
Breakfast: half a siew mai, 1 small meat pao, 2 fried fritters and 1 small cup of tea with condensed milk

  • Lecithin E x 8
  • Omega 3 x 2
  • Multi-carotene x 3
  • B-complex x 3
  • Calcium x 1
Before lunch: took 3 carbo block
Lunch: Wife cook pasta with tomato sauce. We bought gluten free pasta. It is actually called brown rice pasta.

Dinner:
  • 4 tablets of fibre.
  • Casear Salads.
  • 3 carbo block.
  • Pizza
