The Biotta Week of Wellnes

I did the Biotta Wellness week detox about at least a month ago. I did not follow the instructions 100% because I did not read the instructions clearly. LOL... I'm just a typical sanguine. I was using the Breuss cancer detox method to follow the Wellness week. In the end, I realized I have some bottles of juices left.

The main purpose of this blog entry is to enhance the Biotta Wellness Week detox with Nutrilite and other herbal tea. Lastly, the Wellness Week detox is meant for Beginners. If you are a seasoned person who had done detox numerous time, you may not get the results that you want. On the other hand, you may have the wellness week enjoyable. Cheers!!!

Here are the items that you need:

  • A box of Biotta Wellness Week
  • A box of Hildes Hermmes' Laxative Teabags
  • A box of Hildes Hermmes' Dandelion Root Teabags
  • A box of Nutrilite Double X
  • A bottle of Nutrilite Calcium Magnesium
  • A bottle of Nutrilite Bio-C
  • A bottle of Nutrilite Lecithin E
  • A bottle of Nutrilite Milk Thistle
  • A box of Nutrilite Nutri Bifidus (some countries may not have)
  • A bottle of Nutrilite B-complex
  • Buy lots of strawberries, cherries, pears, grapefruit and oranges for the week. Basically, get fruits that are of low GI and GL. The fruits for the various days are up to you to decide. I mainly put it there for your own references. You may change it if you want to. However, the fruits used must be of low GI and GL.

Remember, drink WTS water only. If you don't have WTS, drink bottled mineral water. Lastly, do not drink container water from office. Either bring your own WTS water or drink bottled mineral water. DO NOT DRINK DISTILL OR RO water.

Preparation Day:

After wake up (7am):

  • Scrap your tongue
  • Rinse your mouth
  • Drink at least a glass of freshly lemon juice with warm water and another glass of warm water
  • Shower and change (this will give lemon juice and water enough time to get absorb into the body)

  • Mix 1 sachet of flaxseed powder with warm water

Mid-day (10am):

  • A bowl of strawberries

Lunch (1pm):

  • Sip 1 glass of digestive juice (150ml). Sip it real slow.
  • Have a small bowl of oil-based salad.
  • 1 x Calcium Magnesium
  • 3 x B-complex
  • 4 x Bio-C
  • 4 x Lecithin E

Afternoon snack (4pm):

  • 1 grapefruit

Dinner (7pm):

  • Sip 1 glass of digestive juice (150ml). Sip it real slow.
  • Have a small bowl of oil-based salad with either a small boiled or baked potato. Eat skin.
  • 1 x Double X
  • 1 x Calcium Magnesium
  • 3 x B-complex
  • 4 x Bio-C
  • 4 x Lecithin E

Supper (10pm):

  • 1 small pear
  • A large glass of warm laxative teabag with Dandelion root.

Before sleep:

  • 4 x Lecithin E
  • 4 x Milk Thistle

Lazy legs

If your leg starts to feel lazy or some tingling feeling somewhere, you may want to increase your B-complex intake.

My wife leg has started to feel like that.

Besides the usual 3/3/3/3, take an extra tablet once every hour to ensure that you have enough vitamin B in the body. B-complex is water soluble and thus, it doesn't stay in the body. A regular intake will ensure that the body has enough vitamin B to maintain healthy nerve.

Wife supplements in the 20th week

Starting from today onwards, she will be taking Double X in her supplementation regime.

This is how it should be taken: after breakfast/after lunch/after dinner/before sleep.

Bio-C: 4/4/3/4
Calcium/Magnesium: 1/1/1/1
Iron Folic: 1/1/-/-
Lecithin E: -/-/7/8
Multi-carotene: 1/1/-/-
B-Complex: 3/3/3/3
Protein Powder: 2/-/1/-
Salmon Omega: 1/1/1/1
Children Chewable Multi-vit: 1/1/1/1

Double X is taken out because she doesn't like the taste after grinding it. Instead, I increased it with more Children Chewable Multi-vit.
