  1. Dear Kenny,

I have irregular period problem - according to gynae, it is due to my harmone imbalance.

Right now i'm on contraceptive pills fr 3 mnths to balance my harmone.

    My questions are:

    1) If i want to conceive, what supplement do i have to take? Is it enuff just to take Daily,Double X & Protein powder ( once a day ) + milk thistle ( twice a day ).

    2) I'm trying to loose weight, is it ok to take positrim (1 packet) + protein powder (1 scoop) for lunch?

    3) How many scoops of protein powder can a person consume / day? Is there any limit?

    4) What is the best dosage of supplement for me - especially im the type that lazy to take so many pills?

Thank you so much for you advise.

  2. Hi,

Here are my answers to your question.

    1) The number one problem that a couple can't get a baby is stress. Diet plays a second role. So, many babies are made overseas or during holiday. If you want to conceive, it all depends on you and your hubby.

    Please read this URL: http://firsttimemamapapa.blogspot.com/search/label/Before%20Pregnant

    2) If you want to lose weight, the best way is to eat 6 or small meals per day plus walking 10,000 steps. Go and get a pedometer. Also, Protein + positrim is meant for meal replacement. If you want to conceive, this will affect your fertility.

    3) There is no limit to the number of scoops per day. It all depends on your body need. 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops before sleep is a good start.

    4) And so sorry, you have to be hardworking to get results. For your case, Protein Powder, Double X, Salmon Omega, EPO Plus should help.

  3. Dear Kenny,

I dont understand your point in no.2.

You mentioned that protein + positrim is meant fr meal replacement. Does it mean,if want to conceive, i should not take positrim + protein that it will affect my fertility?

    Thanks.

  4. Hi,

First and foremost, you should ask yourself. Are you seriously over-weight? If you are, then of course it is good that you lose some weight first. The best way to lose weight is through a consistent good diet, supplementation and exercise.

Protein + Positirm is meant for meal replacement, or for rapid weight loss. There will be a rebound and it is not recommended.

The process of losing weight can be stressful to the body and thus, it may affect your chances.

The baseline is this. If you are over-weight, lose some weight to improve your health and thus, it will improve your chances.

  5. Hi Kenny,

After 5 months of consistent exercise, eating nutrilite supplement & watching over my diet, i managed to loose 9kg and i just found out that im 5 wks preggy! :)

    My questions are:

    1. Is it ok to take 1 Daily + 2 B + 2 C + 2 E & 2 Calcium + 1 Scoop of Protein + Folic Acid (given by doc-she doesnt recommend nutrilite Iron + Folic Acid ) in the morning ...AND

    2. Double X + 2 B + 2 C + 2 E & 2 Cal + 1 scoop of Protein in the evening

    3. When can i start the Nutrilite Iron & Folic Acid? How many should i take?

Hope to get the soonest reply from you.
