Cyst

Dear Kenny

Good afternoon. I am sorry to have to disturb you with my problem.

This year, I am 44 years of age.

I went to see a doctor for a pap-smear. She asked if I would like her to check my womb for any fibroids for any other things.

On checking she noticed a cyst on my left ovarian measuring approximately 4.5mm x 3.6mm. She recommended that I see a gynae and have it removed. she said the possibilities it might burst (which is painful) or it might shrink.

I read in the internet most cysts are benign. The thing is I do no know when I have this as it is painless.

Can you help me? Is there some supplements that I could take to shrink it of should I go for a day surgery to have it removed.

Right now all my supplements are from Nutrilite namely Double X, Salmon Omega3, B Complex, Lecithin-E,Fruit & Vegetable. for your info I am now in the Healthpointe program - into my third week.

I really would appreciate it very very much if you could give me any recommendation. I am really in a dilemma and need your advise.

Best Regards

Hi,

First and foremost, I would like to congratulate you for doing Healthpointe program. I think by now, you should have lost some of your unwanted fats and balance your blood sugar.

I think based on your current supplement intake, just include EPO Plus and follow the bottle instructions. A lot of times, cyst is hormone imbalance related. And hormone imbalance is usually due to stress or past bad eating habits.

I presumed you that you don't take a lot of carbohydrates and you don't have craving for sugar now. If you are, you need to balance them by avoid them. Always go for complex carbohydrates. If after one month or so and the cyst still persists, I will suggest that you go for a day surgery to remove it.

By the way, are you taking protein powder? Do take it because it is a great food to balance hormone as well.

Cheers
Kenny
